IF YOU COULD CHANGE ONE THING ABOUT BIKING IN OTTAWA WHAT WOULD IT BE: Designated bike lanes WITHOUT those blockades. They shoulda made the streets bigger and the sidewalks smaller when they ‘fixed’ bank street. It’s cyclist central.
