WHY DO YOU RIDE: I ride because there is no better way to think, solve problems and come up with ideas. All that extra oxygen to the brain really helps.

FAVOURITE SPOTS TO BIKE: South of Ottawa, Osgoode, Embrun, South Mountain. There are tons of roads with good pavement, great shoulders and few cars but you’ve got to ride a long way to get there
FAVOURITE PLACE TO STOP AFTER A RIDE: Love hitting the patios at the Pump on Elgin. Cold Beer, those big drinks in the mason jars and salty nachos. YUM!
