WHERE YOU HEADING: going to get food. (I should bike more than I can chew!)
WHAT ARE YOU RIDING: Her name is Angie, a beautiful blue cruiser bike. she was a gift from a friend, after my original baby, Emily, got stolen.
WHY DO YOU RIDE: I like the consistency of the breeze when I ride. I like the options of taking different paths and speeds. The free and curious feeling on my bike gives my day a sparkle.
IF YOU COULD CHANGE ONE THING ABOUT BIKING IN OTTAWA WHAT WOULD IT BE: designated safe bike paths on major streets. And bike thieves go away!

FAVOURITE SPOTS TO BIKE: along the canal (grab wine, bread and cheese on the way)
FAVOURITE PLACE TO STOP AFTER A RIDE: green grassy area by the canal and have a picnic.
FAVOURITE LOCAL VENUE: the Manx (food + art = perfect)
FAVOURITE LOCAL COFFEE SHOP: Morala in the Glebe
FAVOURITE LOCAL BEER: Kitchissippi
FAVOURITE LOCAL SHOP: Young Jane’s (now closed but still my favorite!)
