WHAT ARE YOU RIDING: A Globe Daily, an anniversary present from Charles. He got it from Tall Tree Cycles.
WHY DO YOU RIDE: I was always scared about riding my bike in Ottawa. When Charles and I started dating he was a really avid biker and just got me into it. I love that biking combines fun and exercise. I hate working out so when I’m biking I feel like I’m killing two birds with one stone! It’s also way cheaper to bike to work, no parking fees!
IF YOU COULD CHANGE ONE THING ABOUT BIKING IN OTTAWA WHAT WOULD IT BE: I think drivers and cyclists just need to take a walk in each others shoes and respect everyone on the road.

FAVOURITE SPOTS TO BIKE: I love going down the by the river behind the Parliament Buildings and around Confederation Park. Best views!
FAVOURITE PLACE TO STOP AFTER A RIDE:Any place to eat is great!! But we especially like stopping at The Brig to sit on the patio for a bit..
