High Protein Granola Receipe
¾ cup raw almonds, chopped
¼ cup raw cashews, chopped
¼ cup raw pumpkin seeds ( pepitas)
¼ cup raw sunflower seeds
¼ cup hulled hemp seeds
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup raw buckwheat ( not kasha)
⅓ cup quinoa
¼ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
2 tablespoons chia seeds
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon sea salt
¼ cup raisins
½ cup good quality maple syrup
½ cup coconut oil, melted
Preheat your oven to 200 F
//Line two small baking trays with parchment paper ( or one large)
//Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl
//Melt coconut oil and pour over dry ingredients, mixing well.
//Pour maple syrup over dry ingredients, mixing well.
//Divide mixture between the two baking trays, spreading out evenly to ½ inch thickness
//Bake for about 60 minutes until golden brown, rotating once.
//Allow to cool, crumble and enjoy
