WHY DO YOU RIDE: Best way to get around town! It’s faster, easier and definitely more reliable than the bus. You can also go to cool places you wouldn’t be able to by car.
IF YOU COULD CHANGE ONE THING ABOUT BIKING IN OTTAWA WHAT WOULD IT BE: The potholes! There are so many and they’re everywhere. It’s brutal. I’d also change the bike paths: this city needs better ones that go all over the city, and ideally that lead to microbreweries (like the Mill St. Brewpub!).
